  I hate to even give one star. This is an insult to stars. Stars at least show up when they're supposed to.
  
  We waited all day for our tech to show. They didn't. We tried reaching out on the phone. Closed. Tried the online chat. No definitive answer. Reached out via Twitter. Was told that the technician had an overwhelming amount of tickets and didn't have time to make it and was rescheduled for Monday. When I advised them that we weren't available, was simply told that they would "see what they could do."
  
  There was no, "hey, we're really sorry we completely dropped the ball on this, causing you to have to wait another few weeks before we can attempt this again."
  
  Your CEOs get paid far too much money for you to be having this kind of service. The moment there is an alternative, we are switching.

  I have waited for almost 2 weeks to have new installation for internet. Since then, they have called to re-schedule twice. the first time we cancelled our plans to sit and wait only to have them call and cancel 2 hours AFTER scheduled time and waiting. the second time they called to cancel just 2 hours away from scheduled time. I am sorry but if this is how you show new customers this is your way of doing things, then you have a lot of problems. I only hope 3rd times a charm, if not forget it.
